Referrers

Dr. Jessie Cummins is consulting at Glebe Hill Dental, located in Howrah 7018.

We welcome referrals from dental, medical, and allied health professionals for patients requiring specialist care. Please complete the Online Healthcare Patient Referral Form. 

This newly established practice is accepting referrals for all patients with special needs, including but not limited to:

• Neurodivergence (Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD)
• Intellectual and Developmental disabilities
• Physical and Sensory disabilities
• Bleeding disorders (Hemophilia)
• Head and neck cancer (pre-, peri-, and post-radiotherapy/chemotherapy)
• Antiresorptive therapy (Denosumab, bisphosphonates)
• Organ transplants (Solid and stem cell)
• Cardiac conditions (Dental clearance)
• Complex medical conditions and/or polypharmacy
• Neurodegenerative disorders (Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis)
• Dental anxiety and phobia
• Aged care and geriatric needs
• Psychiatric conditions
